GROUPS:                             Groups will be completed, in all 7 rings, between 11 a.m. and noon.

TOURNAMENT ENTRIES

ENTRY FEE: $25 per dog. (One check for all entries per club)

RULES FOR ENTRY: Please carefully read the rules on eligibility.

                                                The two best scores of the three dogs competing at each class level (two each novice, open and utility) will be used to compute the total score for each team.

DEADLINE: The entry form complete and with the appropriate fees for entry must be *RECEIVED* BY Wednesday July 30.  Please use the interactive form on the website www.DOCOF.org or PRINT CLEARLY and be sure to indicate WHICH CLUB is being represented on each form, and also indicate which team if more than one team is submitted for that club.  IF ENTRY FORMS ARE NOT COMPLETE, CORRECT, AND LEGIBLE, THEY WILL BE RETURNED AND THE ENTRY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
